1. Services
EezySEO provides digital marketing services including SEO, GEO/AEO optimisation, link building, traffic, social and reputation services (“Services”). Each Service's scope, deliverables and estimated delivery time are described on its product page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and payable via PayFast. An order is confirmed only once payment is verified. Guest checkouts automatically create a client account so orders can be tracked.
3. Client Responsibilities
You must provide accurate campaign details (website URL, target keywords) and confirm you are authorised to order marketing services for the submitted website. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete campaign details.
4. Results Disclaimer
Search engine and AI-platform rankings are influenced by many third-party factors. While our methods follow industry best practice, no specific ranking position, traffic level or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
5. Refunds
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy: full refund before fulfilment starts, pro-rata assessment thereafter.
6. Intellectual Property & Reports
Reports delivered are white-label and become yours on delivery. You may rebrand and share them with your own clients.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
